With a Master’s degree in medical law, Zarine began her career in public health agencies (Biomedicine Agency and National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products – Agence de la Biomédecine et Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé) where she was involved in various aspects of health law : bioethics law, medicines and health products law and, in public law. 

Subsequently, Zarine joined the Paris Bar School. She put her skills in health law, particularly during work on the anti-gift law or on regulatory issues, within law firms with an international dimension. In order to refine her legal reasoning, she completed an internship with the magistrates of the French high Court (Cour de cassation). 

She then passed the French Bar exam in 2020 and practiced as an attorney at the Paris Bar. She brought her expertise on all issues related to the application of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), both on the IT and digital health aspects. She has carried out the compliance of large French and foreign groups and has provided training on artificial intelligence or on the generalities of digital health and the GDPR. She also wrote articles on e-prescription and digital certificates of vaccination. 

Zarine decides to focus her career on the public health aspect and the implementation of health policies. So, she joined the Regional Health Agency (Ile-de-France Regional Health Agency). 

Finally, in parallel to her activities, Zarine teaches at the University of Paris Lumières. 

She joined ATESSIA in November 2022, as a junior consultant in legal regulatory affairs.
