Atessia attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. The data that you provide to us are exclusively intended to reply to your request when you contact us via the Website. We strictly ensure that the data collected are never leaked or used for any other purposes.

In this case, the User should indicate which Personal Data they would like Atessia to correct, update or delete, and clearly identify themselves by sending a copy of an ID document (national ID card, passport or driving licence).

- Non-Disclosure of Personal Data
Atessia will not process, host or transfer the Data collected about its Customers to a country outside the European Union or to a country recognised as “non-adequate” by the European Commission without informing you in advance.
Atessia shall take all necessary precautions to protect the security of the Data and in particular to ensure that it is not disclosed to any unauthorised persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of your Data is brought to the attention of Atessia, we will inform you thereof and communicate the corrective measures taken. Atessia does not collect any “sensitive” data.
- Types of Data Collected
