Romy holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy, a Master 1 in Pharmaceutical and Biological Research – Pharmacology & Pharmacokinetics, and a University Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy from Saint Joseph University of Beirut (Lebanon).

She brings over six years of international experience in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly at Johnson & Johnson, with expertise in pharmacovigilance, project management, and strategic partnerships.

She led major initiatives like centralizing pharmacovigilance services, setting up safety systems for vaccination campaigns (Covid-19, Ebola), overseeing vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Romy has taken part in multiple audits and inspections, strengthening her regulatory and quality management skills. She has also been active in team training and process optimization with a performance-driven approach.
